Milan Roy, Managing Partner

Milan supports his clients as a strategic, results-oriented HR professional with more than 20 years of diverse business experience.

Working for Fortune 500 companies (including Bank of America, Chase, and CNA) and holding key positions for entrepreneurial, start-up, and small to mid-sized companies has given him a unique perspective in leading teams across varied departments and industries.

Always looking to grow teams, impact change, improve performance, and build programs, Milan has steered HR, operations, and sales teams to success across a variety of industries (including banking, credit card, insurance, medical, and telecom). His goal in providing top-notch consulting support and project management is to help clients maximize their most important asset — human capital — while minimizing risk.

kathyryanKathy Ryan, SPHR

Kathy is an award-winning author and owner of Pinnacle Coaching Group, LLC. Over the last 25 years, Kathy has influenced thousands of people in the business and non-profit sectors through her coaching, speaking and on-site training. Her expertise covers a wide range of subjects including leadership, communication, human resources management, team dynamics, and performance management.

Kathy has a degree in psychology and history from Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, and has earned a lifetime certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resources Management. She has been certified in the use of the Myer-Briggs Type Assessment (MBTI) since 1995, and uses it, as well as other assessments, as tools for self-discovery in her consulting and coaching practice.

Kathy is author of the book, You Have to Say the Words: An Integrity-Based Approach for Tackling Tough Conversations and Maximizing Performance, which won a 2012 Royal Palm Literary Award from the Florida Writers Association.
